Murph. is a Derby-based house DJ whose relationship with house music stretches back almost three decades. After discovering club culture in the late 90s and buying his first turntables at 18, his passion for house music has remained a constant, evolving through different sounds, eras and generations of club culture. His sets bring together the sounds he loves most: classic 90s house, soulful and vocal house, disco, US Garage, Jackin House and deeper grooves. Expect familiar records, forgotten gems, fresh releases, edits, mashups and plenty of energy, with a focus on creating a journey rather than simply playing tracks. In recent years Murph. has taken things from the bedroom to the dancefloor, building his own events and playing across the UK while developing his profile as a DJ and promoter. His journey has also taken him to Ibiza, with opportunities to play at Café del Mar, Wiki Woo and Movida alongside the FML family. Now focused on developing his profile across clubs, festivals and events, Murph. continues to build his sound, produce his own edits and mashups, create original music and connect with audiences through his love of house music. Alongside his live work, Murph. continues to develop his craft through ongoing DJ and production education, including completing the Pete Tong DJ Academy programme. 104K+ Instagram views in the last 30 days.
