1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which work the same way for the purposes described here.

2. How we use them

• Strictly necessary — keeping you signed in, remembering your session, and protecting against abuse. These cannot be turned off without breaking the service.
• Preferences — remembering choices like your theme, editor state, and dismissed prompts.
• Analytics — first-party, aggregated measurement of page views and feature usage so we can improve EPK Suite. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

3. Third parties

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention, tax determination, and payment processing.
• Embedded media — when an EPK embeds YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, or similar players, those providers may set their own cookies once the player is loaded. We load embeds only after you click to play.

These providers act under their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on EPK Suite.

5. Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies and site data in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. You can also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request where applicable law requires.
