The EPK Suite service ("Service") is provided by Fraze Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Fraze Media LLC.
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.
EPK Suite provides tools for DJs and creative professionals to create and share electronic press kits, tour information, merch links, and related content.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Fraze Media LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. Please review Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms for details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fraze Media LLC is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
